We have found German to be the best go to place for parts or service. We had a capacitor fail on our furnace and the part was in stock and a lower price than a more distant supplier. Some time later our furnace began acting up and failing to heat properly. We had a home warranty company send a competitor to evaluate the furnace and they advised it had to be replaced. In order to get a second opinion we could trust I called German and within an hour’s time a technician arrived and did a thorough inspection and cleaned an obvious soot problem. He adjusted the gas pressure up to the level required and buttoned the unit up. He advised the furnace was serviceable and few days later we received a more than reasonable bill for such rapid response and examination.
